Pins and needles, just reassurance please!

Twitching in eye can be caused simply by tiredness. Don't know about the pins and needles though - are you under a lot of stress, feeling tired? Might be worth having it checked out.

Best keep notice though Tingly - in case it gets any worse. Why not try and get an early night?

Tension in your neck and back can cause pins and needles I have found. Do some stretches, maybe have a massage, relax more (!), speak to your GP if you are concerned though. I get this from time to time.
