Can someone remind me to take my Iron tablets? Please.

I am supposed to take them 3 times a day, and keep forgetting. No wonder I feel so crap

God, poor you. I had to take them towards the end of my last pregnancy and became constipated for the first time in my life and had really horrible black poo when it eventually came out. Not that I'm trying to be negative just hope it doesn't happen to you.

I'm not pregnant though, dd is 20 months old!!

Reading this thread title again just reminded me to take my tablets (not iron) so thanks! And don't forget to take your tablets if you haven't already!

I am so crap, I used to be a really good nurse (IMO), great at giving meds, but crap at taking them!

I got one of the tablet cases with Mon to Fri and 3/4 sections for each day and filled with all my tabs, leave it somewhere you will keep seeing it and you can easily see if you have actually taken them I could never remember. I still have one for my vitimins with 1 section for each day.

Yeah, I thought of that, keep forgetting. Right, I'm gonna look on Ebay for one right now!

You can get them in Boots or chemists like Lloyds.

I forgot to suggest a ice cube tray to put out the weeks tabs, I did this before i got the box, needs to be somewhere safe though.
