One of the mums who has been test-driving a range of at home on-line fitness videos reports that she's lost an inch from her thighs in just 6 weeks.
She swears by a couple of the videos (which she does at home after her daughter has gone to bed): Anna's Body Blitz and a legs and Bums 10 min workout. She also manages a couple of short runs each week.
I've also been doing the occasional ThinqFitness video but now I've been re-inspired to do more. An inch off your thighs in 6 weeks sounds pretty good to me..
Anyone else got any top tips for keeping fit while trying to look after the kids?
