Diagnosis me plse

I have tiny spots [no bigger then the tip of a biro] that look a bit like tiny red blisters under the skin and are itchy. No cold or flu like symptoms.
I am off to the chemist after lunch I had the spots on my hands first [or may have only noticed them first] so I thought it was a reaction to new cleaning liquids but now I am not sure as they are on my legs and shoulders and arms.
A house full of smallies today plse tell me I am not contagious.

thank you alypaly, it is a bit like that and so itchy I have an antihistamine and e4 cream , it has spread up my arms and my legs but chemist certain it is nothing infectious but on these cold nights I want loads of blankets on me not trying to keep my skin cool so as I don't itch

not good I look like a pox but it is an allergic reaction so at least I am not contagious but it has multiplied and spread so have antihistamines and eurax lotion and wearing shorts and string top as the heat drives me mad. So now I have blue skin with tiny red goose bump type blisters and no idea what caused it, so no sugar, dairy, acids in my food and reduce my stress. Will give it until thur and go back to gp if not gone
