Worried sick - Ovarian Pain

Have name changed.

For a while now I have felt utterly exhausted. I have also been experiencing abdominal pain on and off, bloating and nausea.

Tonight, I have terrible pain in my left abdomen, bloating and have noticed (tmi alert) that when I wipe there are streaks of blood in my vaginal discharge.

I am really worried about it and of course thinking Ovarian Cancer. Extreme I know, but I am so scared.

Has anyone any ideas or is there anyone on here that knows/has experience of Ovarian Cancer?

TIA

You need to go and see your doctor.
I have been to see my doctor today after I had blood tests a few weeks back.
I was tested for Thyroid, hormones (menopause) and Ovarian Cancer screening as I was having similar symptoms as you.
My bloods have come back normal except the ovarian one was on the normal limit so i am now going for a scan as i have a family history of ovarian probs.
I think you are it is unlikely to have ovarian cancer but i am no doctor and am worried about my own symptoms, but the fact that you have blood in your discharge should be investigated.
It took me a while to pluck up the courage to see my doctor but she has been really understanding and quite brilliant.
Make an appointment tomorrow!

Does the bloating come and go?

You do need to see your DR. There are lots of things that could explain your symptoms but for your own peace of mind see the dr sooner rather than later

Thanks ladies.

The bloating comes and goes.

It's the first time I have had the bloody discharge which is what freaked me out. My period started last Tuesday and ended by the weekend, so possibly ovulation time??

If the bloating isn't constant then that's a good thing I believe. Definately worth getting checked though.

Thanks both.

Fruitshoots, wishing you all the best; will be thinking of you.

I will book a docs appointment; I can't keep burying my head in the sand.
