Degenerative disc disease

Im awaiting an MRi scan..but thats the diagnosis..anyone know what could help?

sorry if that wasn't at me im officially a stoner atm..ruddy codeine!!..trying not to take pills every day but the pains awful..physio wants me to talk thru with specialist prior to our next meeting..the disc thats bulging could be pared down a bit apparently..rather than go for the disc removal option's..but im of a mind that if they are really bad..id rather get it all over and done with all at once..

Yes it was meant for you, sorry I got myself in a muddle there, little sleep previous night as up with ds. Physio sounds good, for talking about options, when are you supposed to see the specialist next? Sorry if you have already said.

Follow up..im being sent off with painkiller's..thats it apparently... depressed.

in agony...pain managemant appt tomos..cant see the point tbh..last time i hurt this bad i was in transition giving birth..thrown up twice today with the pain...feeling desperate :((
