Do you end up taking more time off sick?

Sometimes when I feel ill I could make it to work by car but wouldn't be well enough to cycle or walk.

Is this the same for you?

I always cycled or walked and I worked thru illness, had to be horrendous before I had time off. Walking/cycling makes you fitter and more robust against illness in general, I would assume.

Has to be better than breathing all those trapped VOCs in a private auto or sharing germs with everyone else on the bus/tube.

I'm sure my general health is better from cycling instead of driving but I definitely would struggle in if I could drive whereas cycling is sometimes too much is I am ill!

Is nobody else like this?!!
