Do you think this is ok?

I had it puit in last Wednesday eve. A couple of days of spotting a mild cramps. Felt for it as instructed by doctor who put it in, on the Thursday evening whilst in the bath. I could feel the "strings"..

Felt again last night. Can't feel anything.

Have done the deed since it's been in. Everything felt normal.

Sometimes my strings are harder to find than others. Your cervix moves around a lot during your cycle do they might just be hiding. I'd leave it a couple of days and if you still can't find them you'll need yo get it checked out :)

Thanks. Did wonder if I'd have a problem feeling them as it has been mentioned at smears that part of me is quite long (ahem.. long not big you understand Grin) but I could definitely feel it/them the first time I tried..

i had a new mirena fitted a few months ago, and this time, the strings have been cut much shorter than previously. i find they disappear sometimes, only to reappear! for me it seems to depend on what position i'm in. i can't feel them when i'm lying down, can when stood up, but even then, can only just feel the tips.
