so has anyone ever used their TENS for their pelvic floor?

And if so, what was the outcome?

I'm a bit chicken. But I'm just not remembering to do kegels at all.

I really don't think I'd want to be sticking pulsing electrodes down there. AT ALL. I well remember the shock of turning it up too high when it was stuck on my back. If it was down there I would need medical attention.

I am trained in hiring out TENS machines and no way did we learn about using a TENS there.

I did wonder, but on my babycare tens pack it suggests it can be used for all kinds of things including pelvic floor. You put the electrodes front and back over the groin area Hmm

You can use tens machines for all kinds of bladder problems and one of the benefits is that it can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and other muscles in that area. You can put the electrodes low down either side but slightly above pubic bone or front and back as someone else mentioned.

O and only the pads touch your skin so not sure why poster is squeamish about 'second hand' machines Hmm

Speak to your pharmacist, they may be able to help or at least point you in the right direction to get proper guidance
