I've just been for a blood pressure check

It was 169/106

I've had higher blood rpessure for more than a year and very high blood rpessure for 3 months (I reckon it's stress related)
Went in today as have had a headache for 3 days which won't shift.

gosh that is high! what did they say?

The GP said that he thinks the higher than normal (for me) is due to a lot of stress/upset at the minute, and that stress not the BP is causing th headache. He has given me some painkillers for the headache and changed my BP meds - am now on 3 different lots.
I am seeing him again on Tuesday
