Yesterday evening I was clearing debris out of dd1's bed- upper bunk. I pulled duvet arm and whacked my forearm on the corner of the steps. It hurt.
Had pain shooting up and down my arm and then throbbing. Today it feels tingly. I hit it about 2 inches up from my elbow. I can move my arm, hand and don't have much pain, although my hand feels a little stiff. When I have moved it around a lot it starts to throb and there is a dull ache. Have a small lump which is tender and warm to touch.
I've just bruised it haven't I? Weirdly there is no mark or bruise on my arm, just a lump. No swelling.
