You have lighter coloured poo - umm so what. Have you been eating a lot of seasonal fruit by chance? Apples, pears, plums etc all produce lighter coloured poo.

Please take a deep breath and calm down. It's not good for you to Google. Google is not your friend if you think you are sick. :)

DP went to A+E the other day because he was convinced something was terribly, terribly wrong with him after he googled his symptoms. He had almost white poo(so he said) and had had a tummy ache for a couple of days. When he rang me to let me know where he was I reminded him he had been virtually mainlining chalky antacids, hence the white poo.

Have you too had lots of rennies recently? Or anything else you could attribute the paler poo to?

According to google we are all at deaths door, all the time.

If you hadn't turned around and looked and seen the poo was not the colour you expected would you have suspected that something was wrong with you?

May I suggest you poke a nail through the ceiling above the loo so rain drips on you to give you something else to worry about? Wink

poo changes colour depending on what you've been eating. It's normal. Stop bloody asking Google.......Dr Google is most certainly not qualified to advise you on anything poo related.

choclab · 17/09/2010 14:21

thanks , was bit better today Blush ate more fibre yesterday and trying today , but does give me gripes a bit..

got all the classicc IBS signs , so guess its just that and a bit of a blip ...
