Arnica 'tablets'

migola · 15/09/2010 21:37

got some Arnica tablets from Neal's Yard, took one today after having a wisdom tooth out, but it wasn't the usual ball that melts in your mouth, it was more like a tiny tablet. I left it under my tongue for a while but it didn't melt - then I swallowed it whole. Anyone know if this was the right thing to do? (need to take another one now)
thanks

isnt there any instructions on the packet?

migola · 15/09/2010 22:15

oddly enough, no! I didn't think to ask as I assumed they'd be the melt in the mouth balls

Sounds like sugar pills homeopathic arnica tablets.

sugar pills homeopathic stuff, rather.

Just chew them and swallow.

Those are sugar pills with maybe one molecule of Arnica in them (or maybe none at all) so it hardly matters if you swallow them, put them under your tongue, or even use as suppositories (sorry Smile)
