what do you mean exactly?

There are two little ridges around the top of the stalk. Can you cut above them?

i cut mine off at the part where the stalk attaches to the cup, so the mooncup is completely rounded at the bottom....does that help?

Same as chimchar. Cut so rounded on the bottom, and any jaggeredy bits were nipped off with nail scissors. I've lost my mooncup :(

yup, all the way off. So that its smooth and rounded at the bottom, otherwise it'll chaff your inner's :-)

another vote for take it all off here

So all I'll have left is a little bowl with a round bottom?

Right.

Cheers m'dears.

Am a couple of hours in to my All New Mooncup Adventure. So far... not bad.

I wish it would stay higher though. Will remove every last trace of the stem and see how I go.

You get used to the 'low' feeling. If you are used to tampons, then a mooncup feels massively different. I found once the whole of the stalk was removed it became less noticeable.

Stalk off.

Much better.

I think I am a convert already.
