I have been feeling like this too, I had a blood test and they discovered I was a bit anaemic so am on the iron tablets now. Maybe make an apt with your Dr.

could be all the gunk from your sinuses dripping down into you tummy when you are lying down to sleep - when I have a runny nose I am very often sick with it

I have had issues with past nasal drip and awful nausea- it took some strong antibiotics to sort out my nose and the sickness disappeared, it was such a relief as it had gone on for weeks.

good luck.

definitely. and dont let them fob you off at the dr, it took a few visits before they realised that i wasnt just being crap!

I had this, they tested me for h pylori and it was positive- put me on a course of antibiotics and it seems to have fixed it. (this is the stomach bacteria thst causes ulcers and can affect some people adversley, but not others)

See your doctor.
