I have this evening a pain above my left eye what can it be please ?

It started tonight this pain,I never suffer with headaches so was worried as I felt sick and had to close eyes as I felt fuzzy.
It has gone now but I took some very strong headache tablets,any advice would be great..

Could it be an Menstrual Migraine? As im due on?.
