Hi, I have got some weird itchy skin condition and have just been prescribed some extra strong moisturisers and a steroid cream.
My question is-do I apply the moisturiser first and put the steroid cream on top or would it be the other way around??
I have to put the steroid cream on twice a day and a moisturiser morning and night...

put the steroid on first so it is absorbed into your skin then the moisturiser on top. If you put the moisturiser on first it will act as a barrier to the steroid cream and reduce absorbtion.
