Low blood pressure and dizzyness

I have had low blood pressure for as long as I can remember. It causes me to feel dizzy when I stand up and I think maybe contributing to my general lack of energy.
Does anyone have any ideas if there is any thing I can do about it?
Could it be related to Thyroid or Adrenal function??
Any ideas or experiences would help.

I've always had it.
I don't think it's too unusal and none of my GPs have ever been concerned or wanted to investigate.
It might be genetic as my Dad has it.

I'm usually tired too and pregnancy was possibly more tiring than if you have normal BP.

You've started me thinking now!!!

Me too. Have you had bloods checked for anaemia?

Have had iron checked before and it has allways been excellent, especially during pregnancy. I kept wanting it to come back really low so they could give me a tablet and make me feel better.
I know my BP is in the normal range but I can't tell you how draining it is to go dizzy nearly every time I get up.
I sleep badly as well so that doesn't help. I once heard that in other countries low BP would be treated.
