Do raisins and grapes count as 1 or 2 a day?

Do raisins and grapes only count as 1 portion of fruit or 2? Obviously raisins were grapes but does the drying preocess give them any extra nutrients, meaning that they can then be counted separately?

dried fruits and fresh fruits count as separate portions dependent on how much of them you eat. 80g of fresh fruit counts as a portion and 30g of dried fruit counts as a portion.
