Poorly tummy what to do?

I've been suffering with pain in the lower part of my stomach since Wednesday. It feels crampy and bloated like I just need to fart.

I know that sounds trivial, but it's actually quite painful and I'm having a lot of trouble getting any sleep.

I have found that peppermint oil capsules help, as does eating.

Any advice on what I can do would be much appreciated.

if it's trapped wind, have you tried rennie deflatine?

I had that a couple of weeks ago (I think it may be a mild stomach bug) and took windeze, which helped.

How long did it last WDBSA? I really could do with sleeping at some point and I've promised dcs I would take them to the sealife centre this week

It was only bad until I started taking the windeze. I still got the odd little twinge for a few days afterwards, but nothing like the searing, doubled-up-in-pain, totally unable to sleep thing I'd had before. Hope you get better soon.
