Poor little ds had his tooth knocked out today.

Felt awful. We were at my friends house. DS walked by swing as another child swung - result very bloody mouth and nose and then he spat out a tooth!

Seems to be one of his canines. Will he get his second tooth when he gets older????

Off to the dentists in morning for a check up.

HOw old is he?? Dd1 knocked a tooth out when she was 3. She still has a gap 2 years on I was told that she will get her second tooth when it is due to come through.

he is 22 months. I was hoping that would be the case, but the tooth was very long. Wasn't sure if the root was included which would mean he had a gap for life!

My dd's tooth was one of the front ones, and it was huge!!! The root had broken off too. The densist told me she would get her 2nd tooth.

He already has a scar on his bottom lip from a fall he had about 10 months ago!

So with the scar, gap in teeth all he needs now is a skin head hair cut and there will be no stopping us!

off to read the last few chapters of harry potter now..

Just expect to have a gap for many years!! lol

dentist has said he will have a gap till his adult teeth grow, at least it is to the side and not one of the front ones!
