I'm going to the doctor's tomorrow

I probably should have been sooner, but I'm not a doctor kind of person and have been putting it off because "I don't have time"

2 friends have been texting me 3 times a day to chase me to make the appointment, so I've given in.

The main cause for concern (afatc) is that I've lost a stone in weight in less than 2 months. I haven't been dieting or exercising more than usual and a stone is a lot for me, c. 10% of my body weight.

My friends don't know, but I've also been suffering appalling PMS over the last few months, irritability and tearfulness lasting 2 weeks, very sore breasts and extreme tiredness - not unlike being pg actually (I'm definitely not)

So, what do I tell the doctor? Don't like the idea of going in with a list, but know I will forget some of what I need to tell him if I don't

well done on making the appointment - I know it's difficult.
A list isn't a bad idea, people tend to forget things in the flow of conversation. Be prepared that you may not get any real answers immediately, and test may be required, but be postive - you have made the biggest step. Hope it goes well for you.
