really hard to explain, but for teh last few weeks, every few days, I keep getting this weird thing, where I turn my head ( usually when driving) and it si like my brain or something doesnt move as fast as my head and something clunks. I then have a really severe headache on one side.

I'm not really a headache sort of person so it worries me a bit.

Am i losing the plot?

thanks EM. I took some paracetamol a couple of hours ago but it's still there. was wondering if it could be a tiredness/stress thing as have been up a lot in the night for the past few weeks.

My head feels as though something is flicking the inside of my skull and clicks when I'm working out or walking along when my crappy sinuses are playing up. Might explain your pain too? Hope you feel better soon.

funny you should say it, patsy, but i have had a stuffy nose for months, just put it down to bad hayfever and then over use of decongestant in an attempt to sort it out.
maybe wilol go and get it checked out as it's making me miserable.

I had the same thing recently. also some bunged up nose, hearing probs. Doc said could be vertigo, which once you've had it keeps coming back. Very annoying bit only lasted a week.
