Red spots on backs of my knees

I have red spotty bits on the backs of my knees. They are slighty raised and itchy.

Any ideas of what they are and how to treat?

My guesses so far are

• insect bites- but not got any elsewhere
• ecsema (sp) - never had it before tho
• shaving rash?

Could it just be a bit of a heat rash thing?

I'd treat with a bit of sudo cream to start.

Never had that either and it's not even that hot now.
I have put some bepanthen on as sudocreme is too mucky.
