Any tips for relieving nausea - not pregnant btw!

Hi

I've had nausea on and off (but mostly on) for the past 6 days. Like a hungry feeling, even after eating. It's bearable, but I could do without it. Haven't been sick and no upset tummy.

Tried Pepto-Bismol tablets but not much help.

Got GP appt on Monday if it's still around then.

What meds/home remedies are good for this sort of thing? I've tried peppermint tea too btw.

Thanks!

My DH has no upset stomach or nausea now 'cos he stopped eating fruit after a meal I'm the same. Ginger helps too.

It's also good to have a rest after eating (difficult I know!)

SIL is having chemo for breast cancer and I am pregnant with twins and we've both been eating ginger biscuits and they really do work.

I told the lady on the train, first great Western and she gave me loads of their's free (I was on the sleeper service) and they have really worked!
