DH nasal op on Sat, feels increasingly rough

Is this normal or should I be more worried and call a doctor? It was only a short proceedure to widen the inside of his nose to prevent headaches but since saturday he's been feeling worse every day. Last night he woke up severely dehydrated and blurry vision and this morning he still has the blurry vision. I don't know at what point to be concerned. The hospital gave no number to contact post op and no advice other then don't blow your nose.

Any ideas? (possibly being paranoid as a friend's BIL just died from septicemia after an operation)

i had op on my nose a year or so back and it does take ages to feel normal again. i felt really unbalanced and had awful headaches. it got better after a week or so.

you could try calling the doctor or someone at the hospital. but ime it too quite a while to recover

did they give him a saline solution to spray up his nose? i had septoplasty in feb and this was the only thing that made it bearable. you do need to keep it moist. does a steamy shower help at all?
