OK I moaned about not being able to navigate round the full trees when I was using my Mac. Now I am the proud owner of a whizzy new PC laptop which is so much faster than my very old Mac. Am STILL having problems looking at family trees when they exceed about 500 names. There's been an improvement in being able to move around the smaller ones and searching names on trees but not on the larger ones. Some of the trees that I have matches in have between 800-24,000(!?) names. It's so frustrating not being able to view them properly. Is it just me or is this a problem for others too?

same problem - tried to view someones tree yesterday that had 11,000 names in it and it just crashes every time. Annoying isnt it!

have you tried emailing GR and telling them about this? I'm sure your not the only one and with more people complaining, they may do something about it.
