How do you find an address?

I have the address where my grandma was born, but the street doesn't seem to exist now. I've searched on the internet and can't find anything. I'm wondering if the street name has been changed, but am not sure how I would find this out. My parents are visiting the area soon and would love to find where she was born.

I'd be grateful for any advice!

If you are actually in the area, try visiting the local library for old maps of the area. It may have been redeveloped or somehting, but by comparing to modern maps you may be able to find the right area. The local council may be able to help as well.

Try local archives/local history centre. You can find the local archives by searching here:
