Timescale for birth/marriage certs from GRO

I ordered some additional birth and marriage certs from GRO 10 days ago (for Irish passport application) - they were all (3 different ones) dispatched on Monday, 2 in morning, one afternoon. The later one arrived yesterday, still no sign of the other 2.

Just wondering if others have received some recently, and how long after dispatch. Cannot chase until at least 5 working days have elapsed.

Incidentally, my dads birth cert from Ireland was much quicker arriving than these! But then I did have the option to pay for registered post, which doesn’t seem an option with GRO.

I ordered a death certificate from GRO almost four weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived.

I'd lost track of how long it had been. I really ought to chase it up, but there is a message on their website saying there has been high demand for the service and obviously disruption from the postal strikes.
