Tyneside Irish WW1 Cards of Honour - what were they?

Granda was in the Tyneside Irish during WW1 and is listed as receiving a '34th Div Card of Honour'.

We're guessing it's some kind of citation, but no other regiment sees to have them. Has anyone heard of a Card of Honour?
