I have a certificate of a birth registry which I think must be from a uncle who died as a newborn baby. Certainly the date would fit and my grandfather was the person registering it. There is no one left who would know about "Kenneth" as my dad was not born at the time.
I know it can be found on Ancestry.co.uk but I don't really want to pay for membership just for this because I am a skinflint! although I did have a lot of fun when they had a free weekend once.
