I'm going again - it was good last year but I will enjoy it more without DS2 (still BF a lot then so had to be with me)

I would LOVE to go. But we are in Edinburgh and I have a toddler and a BF 9 month old so, not this year. Every year I say I will do it next time but this year I mean it, dammit!

Did you find it practically advanced your research last time? Or was it just a fun/interesting day?

Sorry I didn't see these messages before now.

I wouldn't say that going last year advanced my research, because I couldn't go to any of the talks due to DS2 being with me. I did gather a lot of useful information about organisations -like AGRA which I need to join. I had a chat with the nice man from the Guild of One Name Studies as I am thinking of registering one.

I'm gutted now though because I can't make this year's show after all It is a good day out if nothing else. Have fun ILoveDMs! I would be interested to hear what you think of it.
