cannot access emails on orange-help!!

Can anyone help me-Ive got a wanadoo email account,but for the last week have been unable to access my emails-Im connected to the internet,can get the orange communication page up,but as soon as I type in my email address to access I cant connect-just get the white screen-saying page unavailable etc. Theres no help available(orange are not my provider).My settings etc are okay-Im not very pc savvy so any help/advice would be gratefully received

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I also have a wanadoo email address. I had not changed anything but could not send any emails, so had to set up an email account with windows live.
The problem just resolved itself a few weeks later.
Bizzare.

Last week I got an error message from Orange when wanting to login to check e-mail and use the free SMS facility. Then on my mobile I got a message saying something on the lines of 'sorry I had not used the service recently' (I had tried, but sometimes had error messages) and that I would 'need to register again' on the website.

When I went back a few days later, expecting to need to register my PAYG number again, I was able to login fine, and to send text messages OK. Must admit I didn't check the e-mail account but will do today.

For what it's worth, I use Plusnet (or Three mobile) and not Orange, though incoming e-mail is collected automatically every 30 minutes using a mail service called runbox.com (in the past, failing to check e-mail was enough to have your account closed on some services).
