image/font size on screen

I have somehow managed to reduce the size of the print and images on my screen when logged on... understand? lol.. I dont mean font size in a word document..

Does anyone know how I can increase it again it is doing my eyes in lol!

Is it the zoom level?

If so - bottom right hand corner of the screen, usually on 100%, change it on the drop down list.

You may have accidentally zoomed out - try holding down Ctrl and the + button Ctrl and - will make it smaller if you go too far), or holding down ctrl while scrolling with the mouse wheel or touchpad.
