MS Word - can anyone help?

I have a document that I need to print but when it prints (both at home and at work) the bottom part is chopped off. It consists of text boxes and clipart and I cannot move the objects and higher because they plonk themselves in the middle of the page.

I have tried changing the margins but that doesn't help.

Has anyone got any idea what I can do?

Which version of Word?

Is it present in preview?

SuperBunny · 25/05/2010 19:30

Yes, in print preview it's all there. It just partly disappears when it prints. It's not right at the very bottom edge of the page either but towards it. If it were text in a plain document, I am sure it would print. It is a template I have had to use for work.

Word 2007

If you save it as 97-03 version does it print then?

SuperBunny · 25/05/2010 19:42

Ooo, don;t know. How do I do that then?

That might help because when I saved it at work, it came up with a message about 97-03 version but I didn't read it, just pressed yes/ save.

I always put complicated objects into invisible tables.
