How do I make my PC and a laptop go wireless?

I want to move my PC from the livingroom and the other room has no line (and costs £200 to install). I connect to what is actually a wireless router (DH uses his PS3 wirelessly on it) but via an ethernet. Although my PC is pretty new (windows 7) I don't think it has anything built in. AM I right in thinking I can move the PC, 'plug' in something like this thing and somehow connect? Is that the right thing? If that's all I do, can I hook up a laptop in the same way and can all 3 things use the router at the same time? Is going wireless OK, or does it freeze/boot you alot? I don't do downloading, only mumsnet, maybe iplayer and youtube sometimes. Thanks so much if you can help

Yup, you could do that. Although you will find that pretty much everywhere will be cheaper than Argos (ebuyer for example)

Wireless is pretty useful, generally we have 3 devices connected at any time (1x Laptop and 2xIPods).

Although the reception can be a bit iffy occasionally depending on wall construction and noise sources - so you might want to try the PS3 in the other room if you can to check reception before you buy an adaptor.

Although, you could take the ethernet cable through the wall and into the other room if you don't mind the DIY (my computer sit on the end of a 10m ethernet from our router).

We have a PC, a laptop and a Wii all using the same wireless router and speeds have been fine, though TBH we never use all 3 at once as there's only 2 of us!

When we first set it up, we had to change the channel on the router, as something (the cordless phone?) was interfering with it and it would just completely lose the connection randomly. But it's all been fine since.
