Firefox has decided I shouldn't ever go backwards - the keyboard back won't work either. Why? I NEED to go backwards, how do I fix it??

Actually, this is one of those hostage situations where you just have to roll with it. I have Waitrose ginger cookies, would they work for you?

Um, you're not going to like this, but whilst
trying to do that (including right clicking, which as a mac user makes me nervous) I appear to have deleted all the navigation bar, and now all the options to do anything have disappeared. Including the home button & refresh.

Some days, I shouldn't get up.

I'll start googling.

I have got navigation bar back.
But, the back button is not an option in my customise menu as per your link, whomoved. And every single option on the drop down top menu is now greyed out

Now I've broken the whole interweb.

And the customise option is now also greyed out.

Well I installed it on my Mac without help from DH and I found it simple! Don't remember there being any difficult questions or set ups. hth - good luck
