seems that my iphone adds every email address i send to

i managed to click reply to all instead of reply and then added 30 address's that my friend had cc on my email

how do i erase those emails,as now if i press sam to send an email to my sam, i have 4 sam's pop up (her friends)

so basically after a lot of woffle, how do i erase email address's that are in my email memory but not saved under contact

To my knowledge, you can't delete your previous recipients list. The only way to remove them is to do a complete restore of the phone - not from a backup - but a complete restore.
