it keeps coming up with errors whilst trying to sync. (-53 often comes up but others as well)
when you connect it, it asks to scan and fix the ipod, every single time.
it wont sync.
apple had it back there last week and said there was no issue with it.
am thinking its an itunes issue, but however my ipod is working fine on the same set up.
as i bought the ipod for his 30th bday its me who is dealign with apple. but am getting nowhere. cant return it as bought from amazon and they wont take it back. wish i had bught it from a 'real' shop now.
