itunes and getting an iphone. What do i need to do?

I've already got an ipod nano and i have just ordered myself a beautiful white iphone 3gs Very excited.

Do i need to do anything with my itunes/nano or do i just plug my iphone in when i get it? Will my tunes just go onto the iphone?

I'm not very techy

If you have itunes installed on PC then when you plug iphone into PC it will connect straight away to itunes. Then you can sync your PC to your iphone, simples
