Why wont itunes open either on my pc or my iphone ? <<sob>>

What do you mean "Open"?

An iPhone doesn't actually have iTunes on it, for example you use the "music" app to get to your music.

What exactly is the problem?

I meant itunes store It was fine the other day

Do you get an error when you try and access the store?

Do you have an internet connection? Without that you cannot access the store, I don't think it allows even limited off line access.
