Is anyone or anyone's DP a mobile phone engineer?

I know it's bad form, but I'm posting quickly now, and I'll not be back to the thread till tomorrow or Thursday, so apologies in advance.

I'm looking for an independent mobile phone engineer who would take a look at a handset and write a report that would stand up in court. I'm willing to pay.

If anyone can help, could I CAT you? I don't want to put up too many details here.

Just out of interest what is this for is it a faulty thing you want to take the makers to court over or something .

It's a handset that I bought that stopped working after two weeks, and I can't get a refund. Trading standards are involved, and the next step is the small claims court, but I need an engineers report.

Once it's done and dusted, I will post at length about the whole sorry saga.
