I'm looking at a Dell Vostro for my work (I have a small business) and am wondering which support package is the best value.
Are the 3 year packages just designed to hook you in or are they decent value?
I have a local IT support firm I use who are fab but expensive.
What sort of problem does the Dell tech support support?
