i phone........ Help

My phone contract is up and I rather fancied an i phone.... and as I do not have an i pod thought I would just use the i phone to down load my music.

But what happens to the music when i change that phone?

Also have been seduced by the 'offers' on the different websites and some offer free laptops and i pod touch and cashback with other phones.

I am so confused........

A new iphone I think is coming out in a few months. As for you music, I think you can download (upload?) again from your itunes store thingy onto another 'device'.

All your music would be synced to i-tunes on your computer and you would then need to have another apple device (either an ipod or another iphone) to re-sync your music to. But to be honest, once you've got an iphone you won't want another phone ever again (other than possibly the lastest iphone)

Ok, thank you, I wasn't sure if that was possible. Actually to keep cost down, i was going to get the 3G anyway.......

And as I am watching the pennies, being a single parent, Should I just get another phone with an i pod touch thrown in or a lap top, either of which dd1 is desperate for, for her birthday in July.....
