help, my screen display has turned upside down!

I've literally had to turn the screen upside down so I can read and write this!

It applies to everything from bootup onwards.

Any ideas?

Reckon I must have pressed a bad key combination...

Holding down Ctrl-Alt plus the up arrow key will turn it back
