Dowloading Trusteer software for online banking - anyone done it?

I bank online with HSBC and have been asked to dowload their anti virus software that can be used alongside my own - anyone done this and is it safe to do so. Was worried it might be a virus in itself or something dodgy

I have worked for HSBC and can honestly say that in my 3 yrs there nobody has ever had a problem with their internet security or antivirus. But to be honest you can prob get away with not using theirs.
