Thunderbird Help

Could anyone tell me how to recover my spam folder in Thunderbird as I've obviously been over-enthusiastic when I emptied it and deleted the whole thing.

& I thought you wanted to know who drives the big blue one

Not sure with Thunderbird but could it still be in the trash? if so you can drag the folder back
