I am sure that a Mumsnet brainiac can answer this - the huge running tap on a roundabout in Ypres/Ieper - who was the designer/architect?
I would be very grateful for the answer to this vexing question as my Googling powers seem insufficient. All I can find is that the tap can be seen in other places, but in Ypres it is the logo of the water company.
