All my hotmail/ msn contacts have gawn...any ideas

vamooooshhh....dissappeared gawn....what can i do?

Hi, that happened to me. apparently its something to do with a hacker or virus type thing! I had to change all my passwords etc but never got any of the email address or msn contacts back..
