A friend babysat a couple of nights ago and used my Windows laptop. Ever since then, the toolbar on webpages disappears unless you move the cursor over it. This is really, really annoying but I have no idea how to stop it doing this (and neither does she) - have tried to find solution on "Help" but nothing seems to match. Does anyone know what I can do to restore my (much loved and sadly missed) permanent toolbar?
